Shaun and Alex recently attended a three day First Aid at Work course. The course covered everything from scrapes and fractures to strokes and CPR and they both joined in with great enthusiasm as the photos below show. They have learnt how to provide emergency first aid and to organise an emergency response if required. There were plenty of practical exercises over the three days and they were shown how to deal with common workplace injuries, although they are hoping not to have to put the training into practice!

Now they have learnt about the legal requirements for first aid in the workplace, Shaun and Alex will be keeping our Bristol office arrangements up to date.
