Safeguard Engineering are thrilled to welcome Gary Ross to the growing Portsmouth team.
Gary joins us as a Senior Safety Consultant, and brings with him over 30 years experience of maritime aviation operational support, gained across both the Royal Navy and the civilian Superyacht sectors.
Gary has held a variety of roles across his career, from aircraft engineer to crash, fire rescue management. As an accredited MCA training provider, Gary has conceived and delivered heliport operational and emergency procedure training to candidates worldwide. He’s also provided clients with crucial advice and guidance on governance, design compliance, quality assurance, project management, human resources and safety management systems of aviation. Most recently, a change in sector has expanded Gary’s safety management experience to include land and maritime surveillance radar systems.
